Vikdes has 15 sets electromotor injection machine from Sumitomo and Toyo, the capacity from 100 tons to 180 tons, and has 30 sets hydraulic pressure injection from Yizumi and ChenHsong, the capacity from 88 tons to 560 tons. For dual color hydraulic injection machine, we have 5 sets for dual color plastic part injection.
Vikdes has 30 years experience of molding processing, stamping and assemly of connectors and plastic parts, we have CNC machines from Mikron, Fanuc and HAAS, EDM machines from Makino and Sodick for molding processing. For finished mod inspection we have CMM and other inspection machines more than 10 sets.
